1. Delivery Conditions

1.1. Products and Product Prices

All product prices are shown at the product information. The prices include a value-added tax (24%). Tax information is specified in the Shopping Basket and the order confirmation.

enduro24 Oy reserves the right to price chances as well as changes in technical information and properties.
 

1.2. Delivery Charge (Finland)

Postal Package (Finland): Collection from Posti’s My Pickup Point or a Parcel Point

Delivery charge to everywhere in Finland is 5,90 €. The minimum order is 15,00 €.

You will be informed by a message when your parcel is ready for pickup in Posti’s My Pickup Point or a Parcel Point.

We reserve the right to deliver small consignments to your home address as a letter, and deliver consignments exceeding the maximum measures of the Parcel Point to a Posti’s My Pickup Point.

We use a climate-friendly Posti Green delivery.


Home Delivery: Posti home delivery on an agreed time

Delivery charge to everywhere in Finland is 13,90 €. The minimum order is 15,00 €.

Posti will agree on the delivery time with you.

We use a climate-friendly Posti Green delivery.
 

Deliveries abroad

The minimum order is 15,00 €.

Shipment time/days is added to the delivery times provided in section 1.3.

1.3. Delivery Times
We ship the products you have purchased as soon as possible after receiving your order. In the event our store or our supplier is out of stock of a product you have ordered, we will inform you.

Average delivery times:

  • in the product information       In stock

    • 0 - 3 days

  • in the product information       Delivery time 1 - 3 weeks

    • 1 - 3 weeks

  • in the product information       This product is currently out of stock

    • the product is coming into stock

    • a small part of products where availability has run out

Exceptions to delivery times:

  • special parts that go to the factory order, which are not in stock at the manufacturer, have a delivery time of up to 1 - 2 months.

Delivery time is counted from the first working day following the order placement.

1.4. Returning a Defective Product
If a product is defective, misdelivered or damaged during transportation, you have a right to return it within 14 days of receipt. A product can be returned free of charge as a customer return. The returned product must be unused, unchanged and in a like-new sales packaging.

Fill out the Cancellation form. You can also find the Cancellation request form on the front page of our Online Store and on the Order Confirmation sent to your email address.

In the Additional Information section of the form, fill out the cause of the return.

1.5. Returning a Flawless Product
You have a right to return a product within 14 days from receiving it. We will refund the full purchase price of your item. Actual return costs will be deducted from the refund. The returned product must be unused, unchanged and in a like-new sales packaging. Please note that installing the product or trying it in place, e.g. for troubleshooting, removes the right to return the product.

Fill out the Cancellation form. You can also find the Cancellation request form on the front page of our Online Store and on the Order Confirmation sent to your email address.

1.6. Non-refundable Products
The right of return and exchange does not apply to parts of electrical systems.

Products ordered separately for the customer, which are not in the product selection of the online store, do not have the right to return.

Please note that installing the product or trying it in place, e.g. for troubleshooting, removes the right to return the product.

1.7. Returns and Refunds
You can return the product after we have received the return form and approved the return. Use one of the following options to return the product:

a) return using Posti’s Helposti code (Finland only):
Go to www.posti.fi/private/returnparcel/ and enter the item ID (a code beginning with JJFI) of your parcel to receive return instructions. Return the package to any Posti Parcel Locker or service point according to the instructions received from the page mentioned above.

b) return without the Helposti code (Finland only):
You can return the parcel through a Posti outlet. Write the following customer return address and the return ID on the parcel and take the parcel to a postal outlet.

Your refund will be paid through Paytrail payment service provider within 14 days after we have received the products back and checked them.

Customer Returns Other Than From Finland:

The return procedure shall be agreed upon via e-mail on a case-by-case basis.

1.8. Failure to Pick Up the Order
Not picking up the parcel without a notification of cancellation causes the contract to lapse. In such cases, we will charge the actual return costs as well as the billing and processing costs (16,90€ in Finland).

1.9. Warranty
The product warranty is determined by the warranty conditions of the manufacturer, covering manufacturing or material defects. The buyer is required to get acquainted with the warranty conditions provided with the product before using the product. Warranty conditions can be seen in the directions for use, in a separate warranty form, or on a website designated by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by errors of fitting or by mishandling of the product.

1.10. Disputes Concerning the Trade Agreement
In cases where a dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be solved by negotiations between enduro24 Oy and the client, the client can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/).
Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the client shall contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/).
